 Haunting Impressions is a recently launched company based in the west of England. We specialise in designing spooky greeting cards and we provide direct sales of the cards to the public and trade. We do not seek to offend, nor do we promote any of those negative aspects which are often associated with the occult. Rather these designs have been produced from a love of the supernatural and the thrill it can bring.

All the images are created by a single designer who, inspired one Christmas to send a very different sort of greeting, developed the idea of producing a range of ghostly cards. "I grew up with ghosts – I don’t mean I lived in a haunted house but rather I was surrounded by stories. My parents were from different backgrounds, one Mediterranean the other eastern european, and the mix of tales about ghosts, werewolves, vampires (and worse) was captivating. So I adore all things spooky; books, pictures, films. I love Hallowe'en, and Christmas isn't Christmas without a good ghost story. From childhood I have always drawn these things, and designing these spooky scenes has given me a great deal of pleasure. I hope you find them ... unsettling" Loretta Nikolic |
